Job summary

Aduna is building a Developer Advocacy function to engage cloud-native developers and enterprise tech teams. You will craft technical content, showcase Network APIs, and lead live demos, webinars, and talks to accelerate adoption and grow a global developer community.

You will shape developer engagement strategy, collaborate with Product Marketing and Use-Case Leads, and represent Aduna at industry events to expand our programmable connectivity platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Developer Relations, Advocacy, Evangelism, Solutions Engineering, or similar public-facing role.
• Strong software development background with ability to write, test, and demonstrate code.
• Experience creating technical content for developer audiences.
• Proven ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, or cloud-native technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience presenting at meetups, conferences, or webinars is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with developer communities across hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Build Aduna's presence on developer channels (GitHub, Stack Overflow, forums).

We are looking for a Developer Advocate to become Aduna's public-facing voice within the global developer community as part of our Demand Generation team.

In this role, you will help developers discover, understand, and adopt Network APIs by creating technical content, building sample applications, engaging directly with developer communities, and representing Aduna at industry events.

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale Developer Advocacy from the ground up. You will engage directly with cloud-native developers, hyperscaler communities, and technical decision-makers across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud ecosystems, helping them understand how programmable network capabilities can unlock new possibilities for their applications and services.

As Aduna's first dedicated Developer Advocate, you will have the autonomy and visibility to shape our developer engagement strategy, create a thriving technical community, and influence how developers experience the future of network APIs.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with developer communities across hyperscaler ecosystems, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Build Aduna's presence on developer-focused channels such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, technical forums, and developer communities.
• Create technical content including blogs, tutorials, demos, code samples, walkthroughs, and developer documentation.
• Build and maintain sample applications that showcase the value and practical implementation of Aduna's Network APIs.
• Deliver live demonstrations, technical presentations, webinars, and conference talks.
• Produce hands‑on educational content that helps developers accelerate adoption and reduce time to first successful API call.
• Gather developer feedback and advocate for developer needs across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Monitor and report on developer engagement metrics, sandbox adoption, content performance, and community growth.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Senior Use-Case Leads to ensure technical accuracy and compelling storytelling.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required

• 4+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Evangelism, Solutions Engineering, or a hands‑on software engineering role with public‑facing responsibilities.
• Strong software development background with the ability to write, test, and demonstrate working code.
• Experience creating technical content for developer audiences.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience working with APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, or cloud‑native technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience presenting at technical meetups, conferences, webinars, or community events is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CPaaS, telecommunications APIs, communications platforms, or related technologies is a plus but not required.
