DSA Inc. seeks a Senior USASOC Site Lead at Fort Bragg, NC to own day-to-day customer engagement and lead the local Enterprise Knowledge Management execution. You will guide the local team, set priorities, and ensure solutions meet governance and security standards.

The role requires strong KM and enterprise IT experience, including M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform, with coordination across multiple stakeholders. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Formación

• Prior experience working in Department of War, Combatant Command, Service Component, and Special Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams across multiple stakeholders.
• Effective written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Experience planning meetings, reports, and leadership materials.
• Independent, judgment-driven, able to handle dynamic environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, process modernization, and KM environments.
• Agile and/or PMP Certification desirable

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day customer engagement and local Enterprise Knowledge Management execution.
• Lead the local team, priorities, workload, quality, staffing issues, and escalation.
• Guide solution delivery with strong KM expertise and technical depth.
• Understand M365, SharePoint, Power Platform, workflow automation, data/BI, and records management.
• Coordinate with enterprise KM, architecture, data, platform, and security leads.
• Ensure local solutions align with SOCOM governance and platform standards.
• Support solution design, reviews, delivery planning, and customer briefings.
• Communicate effectively with senior Government customers and program leadership.
