Job summary

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is seeking a Senior USASOC Site Lead at Fort Bragg, NC, to own day-to-day customer engagement and Enterprise Knowledge Management execution. You will lead the local team, manage priorities, and guide solution delivery with deep KM expertise.

You will collaborate with government stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams, ensuring solutions align with SOCOM standards and governance while supporting planning and briefings.

Qualifications

• Leads day-to-day customer engagement and local Enterprise Knowledge Management execution.
• Ability to lead the local team, priorities, workload, quality, staffing issues, and escalation.
• Brings strong enterprise Knowledge Management experience and depth to guide solution delivery.
• Understands MS 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, workflow automation, data/BI, records/information management, integration, and enterprise architecture.
• Translates USASOC mission and business-process requirements into executable EKM solutions.
• Coordinates with enterprise KM, architecture, data, platform, records, security, and other leads.

Responsibilities

• Ensure local solutions align with SOCOM-wide governance, architecture, security, data, and platform standards.
• Support solution design, technical reviews, delivery planning, and customer briefings.
• Communicate effectively with senior Government customers, KM practitioners, developers, engineers, and program leadership.
