Job summary

DSA is seeking a Senior USASOC Site Lead at Fort Bragg, NC, to direct day-to-day EKMs delivery, lead a local team, and coordinate with enterprise leads. The role requires translating mission requirements into EKMs solutions and maintaining alignment with governance standards.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience across DoW/Combatant Commands, and familiarity with M365/SharePoint and Agile practices. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Requires leading and coordinating teams across multiple stakeholders and mission activities.
• Experience in enterprise Knowledge Management, and ability to translate mission requirements into EKMs solutions.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, process modernization, and knowledge management environments.
• Agile and/or PMP Certification desirable.

DSA is looking for a Senior USASOC Site Lead with the ability to:

• Own day-to-day customer engagement and local Enterprise Knowledge Management execution
• Lead the local team, priorities, workload, quality, staffing issues, and escalation
• Bring strong enterprise Knowledge Management experience and enough technical depth to guide solution delivery
• Understand M365, SharePoint, Power Platform, workflow automation, data/BI, records/information management, application integration, and enterprise architecture
• Translate USASOC mission and business-process requirements into executable EKM solutions
• Coordinate with enterprise KM, architecture, data, platform, records, security, and other functional leads
• Ensure local solutions remain aligned with SOCOM-wide governance, architecture, security, data, and platform standards
• Support solution design, technical reviews, delivery planning, and customer briefings
• Communicate effectively with senior Government customers, KM practitioners, developers, engineers, and program leadership

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in Department of War, Combatant Command, Service Component, and Special Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education, military service, training, and relevant professional experience.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams while working across multiple stakeholders, organizations, priorities, and mission activities.
• Effective communicator with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Experience planning and facilitating meetings, preparing reports and leadership-level materials, and engaging directly with senior leaders and government stakeholders.
• Capable of operating independently, exercising sound judgment, managing competing priorities, and maintaining effectiveness in fast-moving and dynamic operational environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, process modernization, and knowledge management environments.
• Agile and/or PMP Certification desired

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$120,000 - $170,000 USD
