Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Senior Partnership Manager to build, manage, and scale US partnerships within Amazon Shipping. You will own end-to-end execution from ideation and contracting through launch and ongoing management, collaborating with product, business development, and tech teams to integrate new partnerships and launches.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in developing and negotiating business agreements, strong stakeholder influence, and experience leading cross-functional groups to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• 5+ years of professional or military experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
• Experience structuring and negotiating agreements and leading cross functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals

Responsibilities

• Execution of new partnerships from contracting through launch.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing Amazon Shipping Partners up to C-level.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new Integration partners acting as a technical liaison between partners, product tech, sales, and support.
• Prepare and deliver partnership priorities outlining progress and roadblocks to senior management.
• Own strategy related to new partnership opportunities.
• Work with program and product/engineering teams to drive innovation of products and features.
