Job summary

Dow invites experienced professionals to join the Feedstocks and Commodities team in Houston, TX as a Natural Gas Trader. You will manage a multi-million to nine-figure portfolio, develop trading and hedging strategies, and navigate volatile gas markets with integrity and risk discipline.

You should have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, 7+ years of experience, and the ability to travel as needed. US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or relevant military experience at/above US E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• Willing and able to travel as required.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trading and hedging strategies in gas markets.
• Generate trading profit and derivative results within risk parameters.
• Execute transactions using futures, swaps, options, and other derivatives.
• Identify arbitrage opportunities across regions and time structures.
• Build and maintain relationships with market participants.
• Support research on market views, pricing forecasts, and trading recommendations.
