Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Benefits Professional, US Health and Welfare Programs, to lead administration and governance of employee benefit programs. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

You will monitor regulatory changes, support annual strategy reviews, and drive improvements that enhance the employee benefits experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 5–8+ years' experience in US Health and Welfare programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS rules, Form 5500, compliance.
• Ability to interpret legislation and manage cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and PM skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, governance, and improvement of U.S. Health and Welfare programs.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support governance activities.
• Oversee day-to-day plan administration: eligibility, enrollment, payroll coordination.
• Develop employee benefit communications and training.
