Job summary
Lactalis USA is seeking a Manager, US Compensation to lead compensation strategy and governance across multiple business units from New York or Chicago. You will influence HR leaders and business leadership with data-driven recommendations on rewards, offers, promotions, retention, and workforce planning.
The role requires deep expertise in compensation, analytics, and governance, partnering with Finance, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll, and Legal to deliver scalable solutions that support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, economics, or related field required.
- CCP designation strongly preferred.
- 7–10 years of progressive compensation or total rewards experience.
- Experience with compensation systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), HRIS platforms, and compensation survey tools.
- Experience advising HR and business leaders on compensation strategy and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, governance, and enhancement of compensation programs across multiple business units.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop compensation strategies that support objectives and market competitiveness.
- Lead enterprise-wide annual compensation processes including merit planning and incentive administration.
- Develop governance processes to ensure equity, governance, and compliance in compensation decisions.
