Job summary

Lactalis USA is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead and optimize U.S. compensation programs across multiple units in a decentralized setup. You will design, implement, and govern market-competitive pay structures, incentives, and job architecture while partnering with key stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director of U.S. Compensation & Global Mobility, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other leaders to attract, retain, and reward top talent while ensuring pay

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field required.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
• 5+ years in compensation or total rewards in manufacturing/CPG environments.
• Experience with multiple business units/functions or locations.
• Experience with compensation systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and survey platforms.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage compensation programs across multiple units.
• Lead annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and equity processes.
• Ensure equity, transparency, and regulatory compliance in compensation practices.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Legal and other functions to support business initiatives.
• Provide guidance on offers, promotions, retention, and organizational design.
