It requires strategic partnership with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to drive talent attraction, retention, and workforce planning. Based in New York, NY or Chicago, IL, the position oversees enterprise-wide processes, analytics, and governance while aligning with Lactalis values and global mobility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
- Experience leading compensation initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven ability to influence executives and collaborate across functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, governance, and enhancements of compensation programs across multiple business units.
- Partner with HR and business leadership to align compensation with strategy and market competitiveness.
- Oversee annual compensation processes, merit planning, incentive admin, market adjustments and promotions.
- Develop salary structures, policies, and governance ensuring internal equity and compliance.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to compensation teams and collaborate with Finance, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll and Legal.
