Job summary

Veolia is seeking a senior process engineer to lead UPW system design and integration for the North American market. You will guide customers from design through commissioning and operation, applying deep knowledge of UPW technologies and regulations while balancing cost, risk, and performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, supervise piloting and benchmarking studies, and mentor others in process design. A PE license is preferred and travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an Engineering field with process design and UPW system experience.
• Licensed as a PE (US/Canada) or willingness to obtain licensure.
• 10+ years of UPW treatment design and field operations experience.
• Demonstrated UPW system design/operation for microelectronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design of ultrapure water treatment solutions for microelectronics.
• Characterize water chemistry and develop design basis for UPW.
• Select units, size equipment, and assure design guarantees.
• Apply advanced treatment technologies (membranes, ion exchange, UV, gas-transfer).
• Coordinate system integration with other operations and with system integrators.
• Participate in HA ZOPs, piloting, benchmarking, and continuous improvement.
