Job summary

Fieldpiece in Utah is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Connected Solutions & Customer Insights to own product strategy across hardware, firmware, and connected software. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver innovative HVACR products.

You will translate VOC insights into clear requirements, build business cases, and guide go-to-market plans from concept to launch, shaping Fieldpiece’s connected ecosystem and future offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of upstream product management, product marketing, or product strategy experience in a new product environment.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical discipline.
• Experience with connected or IoT product experiences including hardware, firmware, and software solutions.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle and bringing technical products from concept through commercialization.
• Expertise translating VOC, market research, and product strategy into product requirements and tradeoff decisions.
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions.
