Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
• 4+ years GMP upstream manufacturing experience supporting clinical and commercial.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams in GMP upstream environments.
• In-depth GMP knowledge and Lean Manufacturing expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train employees to strengthen skills in upstream GMP manufacturing.
• Strategize planning and scheduling of GMP upstream operations, optimize resources.
• Create and implement SOPs, BPRs, and forms ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with supporting departments to coordinate activities and productivity.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor team members.
• Review Batch History Records for accuracy and compliance.
• Adhere to safety policies and lead by example.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
