Job summary

Sure Power, Inc. is seeking a UPS Service Engineer to refurbish, install, and maintain UPS systems across the continental U.S. The role includes preventive maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and emergency response services.

You will work with 3-phase systems, read schematics, and support data centers with critical power infrastructure. Qualifications include an Associate’s in electronics or related training with 2+ years’ experience (or 5+ years in the field).

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent with 2+ years in the field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with UPS systems 25kVA and larger preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish, install, and maintain UPS systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repair.
• Troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, and electrical UPS hardware.
• Coordinate on-site testing and commissioning activities.
• Prepare Field Service Reports and service documentation.
• Operate DOT-regulated vehicles and manage on-site logistics.
