Job summary
Innovative Computer Solutions Group, Inc. seeks an experienced IBM FileNet/IS administrator to maintain the UNIX enterprise infrastructure and SAN storage across multiple platforms.
The role covers FileNet Image Services, P8, ICN, IDM Capture, and WebSphere, with responsibilities spanning scripting, troubleshooting, and capacity planning. The candidate will manage 220+ TB imaging services, perform upgrades and fixes, and ensure high availability of the IS environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IBM FileNet and related IBM stack
- Experience administering FileNet IS, P8, ICN, IDM Capture and WebSphere
- Strong UNIX scripting and performance optimization skills
- Experience with Oracle Databases and backups/recovery
- Experience with SAN storage performance and disk error troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Administer FileNet IS, P8, ICN, IDM Capture and WebSphere environments
- Develop shell scripts for system health checks and backup status monitoring
- Troubleshoot daily operation issues and document performance problems
- Maintain and support Imaging Service MSAR Library operations (>220 TB)
- Verify nightly document committals and resolve IS/ICN/I DM Capture issues
- Create document classes, indexes, and retrieval keys in FileNet environments
- Plan and implement migrations/update patches for FileNet components
- Plan capacity and architecture for new Imaging Servers and storage
- Migrate FileNet IS servers to newer hardware platforms or OS versions
