Job summary

Summit Credit Union is seeking a Senior Universal Banker for its West Milwaukee branch. This role involves leading financial conversations with members, providing expert support on accounts and loans, and mentoring other bankers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales or customer service experience and a high school diploma. • Provide expert support on accounts, loans, digital banking tools, and personalized financial solutions.
• Mentor and support Universal Bankers, helping elevate the member experience and team performance.
• Solve problems creatively, from helping a member improve their credit to guiding them through a big purchase or budget.
• Drive branch success through sales, service excellence, and smart decision‑making.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (or related higher education).

• Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk and sit, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 40 pounds.
