Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of sales or customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NMLS number
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that reflect Summit's positive, member focused culture
• Adaptability and sound judgment to handle daily challenges within established guidelines
• Active listening skills and a commitment to fully understanding and resolving member needs
• Ability to build relationships and communicate proactively with members and non members
• High attention to detail, with consistent follow up and follow through
• Comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
• Basic math skills and readiness to learn more complex financial concepts

As a Senior Universal Banker, you'll be the go-to financial guide for members. You will:

• Provide expert support on accounts, loans, digital banking tools, and personalized financial solutions.

What You'll Bring

• Physical Demands of Position : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk and sit, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Environmental/Working Conditions : Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Saturday hours required.
