Summit Credit Union in Watertown seeks a Senior Universal Banker to guide members through everyday banking, loans, and digital tools with exceptional service. You’ll lead conversations, build lasting relationships, and help members reach financial goals in a growth-minded environment.

What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Make

As a Senior Universal Banker, you'll be the go to financial guide for members. You will:

• Lead financial conversations with members to help them navigate everyday banking, major life decisions, and long term goals.
• Build relationships that create lifelong members through trust, empathy, and outstanding service.
• Provide expert support on accounts, loans, digital banking tools, and personalized financial solutions.
• Mentor and support Universal Bankers, helping elevate the member experience and team performance.
• Solve problems creatively, from helping a member improve their credit to guiding them through a big purchase or budget.
• Drive branch success through sales, service excellence, and smart decision making.
• Preference for Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of sales or customer service experience (or related higher education).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Basic math skills and readiness to learn more complex financial concepts.

• Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk and sit, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Environmental/Working Conditions: Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Saturday hours required.
• Equipment Used: Computer terminal/PC, calculator, printer/copiers, telephone.
