Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or credit union branch operations.
• Notary Public status may be required to obtain/maintain.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional member service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including cash handling, audits, ATMs, cash recyclers, vaults and monthly reporting.
• Coach and mentor branch staff to achieve goals and develop abilities.
• Process member requests such as account openings, loans, and servicing; manage teller transactions.
• Supervise teller balancing and cash accountability; verify drawers and correct errors.
• Open/close branch as MOD; ensure security systems are properly set and respond to alarms.
