Job summary

tripledotstudios is seeking an experienced UI animator to craft polished in-game moments in Unity, collaborating with designers and developers across a large portfolio of casual titles.

You will author and ship UI animations, build sequences with Animator, create VFX with Particle Systems, and integrate Spine assets, while maintaining a portfolio-grade standard and exploring AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience producing UI animation in Unity.
• Confident command of Unity Animator and Unity Particle System.
• Working knowledge of Spine and integrating Spine assets in Unity.
• Prior game development experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating Unity-built UI screen animations, VFX/effects work, and character animation.
• Creativity and a drive to deliver standout results.

Responsibilities

• Author and ship UI animations in Unity, including end-of-round screens, offer flows, widgets, pop-ups, transitions, and micro-interactions.
• Build animation sequences and state flows using Unity's Animator tooling.
• Create and integrate visual effects through Unity Particle Systems.
• Apply Spine-based skeletal assets inside Unity for animated UI elements.
• Work closely with designers and developers to shape dynamic, expressive interface experiences.
• Maintain a portfolio-quality approach across every animation shipped.
