Qualifications

• 6+ years in game development or similarly complex production environment.
• Experience diagnosing recompile loops, import thrashing, and editor slowdowns.
• Experience with Unity performance optimization at scale.

Responsibilities

• Fix slowdowns in Unity: domain reload time, import performance, asset bottlenecks.
• Steward Unity configuration: assembly definitions, package dependencies.
• Build tools for validation, detection, and automation.

Skills

Deep experience with Unity’s internals

C# and Unity’s scripting ecosystem

Clear written communication

Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash)
