Job summary

Aristocrat in the United States is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to craft complex componentized systems for our Game Development Kits and Tools used by casinos worldwide. You will lead architecture, optimize memory, and drive CI/CD and editor tooling to support fast prototyping for game developers.

You will mentor developers, coordinate with local and global teams, and ensure the GDK stays in sync with jurisdiction requirements while delivering robust, scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10+ years of C# experience.
• 10+ years of Unity experience with deep engine/editor knowledge.
• 5+ years of C++ experience and modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Craft complex componentized systems for Game Development Kits and Tools.
• Lead automation integrations, including Editor tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor game developers and coordinate with global teams on planning and estimates.
• Ensure GDK alignment with jurisdiction requirements and peer code reviews.
