Homa is seeking a senior Unity lead who will own people management for a small but elite team while delivering production-grade Unity code on live projects. You will influence architecture, drive impactful features, and spearhead the integration of AI tools to accelerate the team’s output.

You’ll lead engineering with empathy, manage performance, and ensure robust, measurable progress on games played by millions. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on coding and strategic growth.

Formación

• Proven track record as a senior Unity engineer with leadership experience.
• Experience leading engineers through hiring, reviews, and day-to-day management.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own people management for your team, run performance reviews, and support career growth.
• Deliver as a senior IC on live Unity projects and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Lead AI adoption within the team and embed new AI tools for productivity.
• Act as a technical knowledge multiplier by expanding backend and AI systems understanding.
• Manage a live, scaling game with revenue-conscious delivery and safe shipping.
