FOX is seeking a Senior Union Payroll Associate in New York to manage multi-state, multi-company weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for union and non-union freelance employees. You will ensure accurate processing in accordance with CBAs, contracts, and applicable FOX policies while protecting payroll integrity.

Qualificações

• 4+ years hands-on union payroll processing experience
• Experience interpreting withholding orders for levies, garnishments, child support
• Experience with automated time and attendance systems
• Strong knowledge of FLSA and wage-hour regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsabilidades

• Process multi-state, multi-company weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for union and non-union freelance employees
• Process on-demand and retroactive payments, tax adjustments, and direct deposit reversals
• Interpret and set up withholding orders for levies and garnishments
• Understand union pay and paid time off rules and timekeeping system
• Provide testing support during new timekeeping system implementation
• Perform pre-payroll audits of earnings, deductions, and tax setups
• Audit and reconcile union-related inputs and retirement contributions
• Ensure proper taxation of all employee payments
• Update SOPs for accuracy and efficiency
• Advise on union timekeeping rules and paid time off plans
• Respond to employee and management questions about union payroll
• Resolve customer issues and document root cause analyses
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls
