Qualifications

• Appropriate license/permit for trade required.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily operations and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Supervise maintenance staff and assign maintenance activities.
• Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns.
