Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, assign work orders, and provide training of coworkers and subcontractors.
• Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Formulate and implement a preventive maintenance program for building systems.
• Monitor fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to meet design specs.
• Oversee and inspect engineering staff work and confirm completion.
