Lexington Specialty Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking an Underwriting Team Lead to guide a seasoned group of underwriters in delivering selective risk solutions across Financial Lines, Property, Casualty and specialty sectors.

You will mentor staff, drive pricing and terms, and partner with brokers to grow a profitable book. You will exercise sound judgment, manage complex risks, and implement underwriting guidelines while collaborating with Distribution, Territory Managers and other lines of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of Excess & Surplus Property line of business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
• Proficient with underwriting analytical tools and technology.

Responsibilities
