Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; insurance operations experience preferred.
• 2–4 years in underwriting support or insurance operations is typical.
• Familiarity with insurance terminology and underwriting processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate policy documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparation and issuance of quotes, binders, and policy documents.
• Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in underwriting systems.
• Monitor and track application and renewal processes to ensure timely completion.
• Support compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
