Job summary

You will work with operations and compliance teams to resolve processing issues and support quality control initiatives. Required is a high school diploma, with an associate degree preferred or equivalent experience, and 1–2 years in

Responsibilities

• Assist underwriters in the preparation, issuance, and review of quotes, binders, and policy documents.
• Collect, verify, and organize underwriting data, documentation, and supporting materials.
• Perform data entry and maintain underwriting systems, tables, and files to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Monitor underwriting mailboxes, respond to routine inquiries, and follow up on outstanding items from brokers and clients.
• Coordinate with various internal teams, including operations and compliance, to resolve processing issues.
• Support adherence to underwriting guidelines and assist with audit and quality control activities.
