• Determines pricing based on financial/competitive analysis and compliance requirements.
• Prepares quotes and answers questions from agencies or policyholders; negotiates with agents for profitable outcomes.
• Notifies agencies of adverse underwriting decisions, rate appeals, and requirements.
• Analyzes risk quality, quantity, and profitability and prepares management reports.
• Markets products through agencies and brokerage networks; maintains agency relationships.
• Provides guidance to others on cross-sell opportunities and stays current on regulations and market trends.
