• Determines pricing based on financial and competitive analysis and compliance.
• Prepares quotes and negotiates with agents to reach profitable outcomes.
• Notifies agencies of decisions and status; escalates issues with proposed solutions.
• Analyzes risk profitability and prepares management reports.
• Markets CNA products and maintains agency/broker relationships.
• Provides guidance to other underwriters and cross-sell support.
• Stays current on state regulations and industry trends.
