CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Underwriting in the United States to lead financial analysis and underwriting efforts, driving value for CVS Health and clients. You will coach a team of underwriters and shape pricing strategies through rigorous analytics.

You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Aetna Finance to deliver data-supported decisions, manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and travel to client sites as needed to support engagements.

Competenze

• 7+ years in financial analysis, pricing, underwriting or PBM revenue drivers.
• 5+ years of PBM and/or healthcare experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience required; master's preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach a team of Underwriters.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Sales and Account Management.
• Collaborate with Aetna Finance, Pricing and Sales on data-supported consultation.
• Develop underwriting models and analytic solutions.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of PBM plan management strategies.
• Travel to clients as needed and participate in client meetings.
