Job summary

Berkley Luxury Group, based in Ohio, is seeking an Underwriter to manage new and renewal underwriting execution in line with company strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a minimum of 5 years of underwriting experience, particularly in Property, Liability, Auto, and Umbrella lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years underwriting experience.
• Demonstrated technical underwriting expertise and product-specific knowledge in Property, Liability, Auto, and Umbrella.
• Solid knowledge of underwriting and insurance industry theories and practices.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new and renewal underwriting execution aligning with BLG’s strategy.
• Plan and budget for the book of business and track performance.
• Provide guidance and assistance to other underwriters.
