Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, is expanding its Compliance team with nationwide consideration for an Underwriting Audit Supervisor. The role oversees the audit program, provides actionable insights on underwriting performance, risk exposure, and documentation quality, and acts as a liaison among Compliance, Underwriting, Training, Legal, and Executive Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of commercial underwriting, underwriting compliance, QA, auditing, or related insurance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Experience conducting underwriting file reviews and compliance assessments.
• Experience presenting results to senior leadership and managing corrective action initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the underwriting audit program and lead audit staff.
• Develop annual audit plans, priorities, and methodologies.
• Ensure audits comply with standards and procedures; manage workload and quality control.
• Assess underwriting files for compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze audit results; develop executive dashboards and metrics.
• Drive corrective actions and process improvements; lead special projects.
• Identify training opportunities and mentor audit staff.
