Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support pricing, forecasting, and financial management of our fully insured business. The role offers hands-on pricing models, large-scale data analysis, and collaboration with actuaries, underwriting, and finance to drive business performance.

The Analyst will develop pricing assumptions, maintain pricing tools, and conduct studies while supporting both new and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or quantitative field preferred.
• 0–1 years of related experience required.
• Pursuing ASA with 1–2 exams passed.
• Experience working with large, detailed data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing factors and assumptions used in NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintain pricing tools and assist with enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing studies and requests from business partners.
• Monitor emerging results.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist with pricing assumptions.
