Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team, supporting pricing, forecasting, and financial management of our fully insured business. The role offers hands-on experience with pricing models, large-scale data analysis, and strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, finance, and other partners to evaluate trends, develop pricing assumptions, and enhance analytics tools for new and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related field required or strongly preferred.
• Pursuing ASA with 1-2 exams completed.
• Experience working with large detailed data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing factors and assumptions used in NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintain pricing tools and assist enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing studies and respond to requests from business partners.
• Monitor emerging results and assist with pricing assumptions.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
• Work with other departments to support pricing decisions.
