Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Underwriting Sr. Analyst to lead financial analysis and pricing for PBM initiatives. You will influence pricing strategies across Caremark and CVS Health Enterprise, collaborating with Underwriting, Finance, and Sales to drive value and maintain margins.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, model enhancements, and cross-functional communication to support pricing deployment and regulatory considerations. A 40-hour work week with strong benefits is offered.

Qualifications

3 years in a health plan actuarial, PBM financial analysis, or underwriting role.
Experience with PBM pricing strategies and Caremark underwriting models is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Assess risk and develop pricing recommendations to maximize client value.
Develop pricing for multiple lines of business based on competitive analysis.
Support underwriting leadership with segment-specific data for downstream pricing.
Manage Caremark underwriting models and update Pricing Commitment Documents.
Provide ad hoc analysis and collaborate with Sales and Account Management.
