• 7+ years of experience in National Resources underwriting.
• Ability to build relationships internally and with broker partners.
• Strong data analysis skills across multiple sources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuade stakeholders.

• Underwrite new and renewal business, negotiating price and terms with brokers.
• Drive marketing initiatives and build strong broker relationships.
• Collaborate with Risk Consultants, Product Development and Claims on client solutions.
• Lead key projects impacting business results.
