• Develop, maintain, and service strong relationships with retail brokers.
• Balance speed and discipline by making sound underwriting decisions while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Help shape the future of the operation by providing feedback on distribution, processes, underwriting approach, and appetite to continuously refine our craftsmanship.

BHSI has an exciting opportunity for an experienced underwriter to help grow our admitted middle market business. We are seeking an underwriting professional who will be responsible for underwriting, developing and establishing broker relationships while building a profitable Middle Market portfolio. This opportunity is located in our Atlanta, GA office.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $175,000, along with annual bonus eligibility. Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience.
