Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial insurance underwriting experience.
• Experience underwriting Life Sciences companies is preferred.
• Experience across Technology, Fintech, Health & Life Sciences, and Web3 is favored.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an individual portfolio of traded business.
• Underwrite new and renewal business across multiple lines.
• Evaluate exposures, determine coverage, establish pricing, and negotiate terms.
• Develop broker relationships to generate submissions and opportunities.
• Manage pipeline to achieve production and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal partners to drive growth.
