Responsibilities

• Underwrite the entire spectrum of lending products, regardless of size or complexity, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Understand and apply credit policies and minimum underwriting standards.
• Collaborate with Business Development Officers to provide a consultative credit perspective.
• Review and analyze new deal packages for content and completeness; conduct initial interviews with prospects.
• Order and review due diligence and documentation.
• Review financial statement spreads and cash flows.
