Job summary

Arrowhead Intermediaries in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Senior Underwriter for a hybrid role. You will underwrite standard and renewal accounts and evaluate exposures to determine acceptable risk for the carrier.

Responsibilities include developing informed underwriting decisions, monitoring results, and coordinating with Client Services, Risk Services and Claims Services to meet service objectives. Indiana Property & Casualty License is required; a Bachelor's degree in insurance & risk management or

• Underwriting of standard and renewal accounts.
• Evaluate client exposures and determine risk acceptability.
• Develop and communicate underwriting decisions.
• Monitor results and adjust pricing accordingly.
• Coordinate account servicing with Client Services, Risk Services and Claims Services.
