Real Capital in Las Vegas (Henderson area) is seeking a Senior Underwriter to drive acquisitions across self-storage and express car-wash platforms. You will independently evaluate opportunities, own models, and shape AI-enabled workflows to speed and standardize underwriting.

You will present analyses to the CEO and investment committee, establish underwriting standards, and translate judgments into testable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, accounting, or business.
• 5+ years of commercial real estate underwriting, acquisitions, investment analysis, or asset-management experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modeling capability.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for real analytical work.
• Ability to independently evaluate assumptions and land on a defensible investment recommendation.
• Strong attention to detail, and the instinct to trace every output back to source data.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite self-storage and express car-wash opportunities and related developments.
• Review rent rolls, operating statements, budgets, market data, and due-diligence materials.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including debt and exit scenarios.
• Identify missing or unreliable data and resolve it before recommendations.
• Develop concise investment summaries for committees and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move opportunities.
