Great American Insurance Group seeks a Senior Underwriter/Account Manager for Fidelity/Crime in Denver, CO (onsite). You will underwrite complex risks, grow a profitable book, and manage relationships with agents and insureds to drive growth.

Qualified candidates have 5–10+ years in underwriting or related insurance fields, a relevant degree, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 30% to visit producers and clients nationwide.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Insurance, Economics, Communications or related business field.
• 5–10+ years underwriting/insurance experience, fidelity/crime and/or management liability preferred.
• Proven track record of producing and managing a profitable underwriting book.
• Proven success in developing and maintaining an agency/brokerage network.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for client relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for producer/insured visits.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite moderately to complex risks by evaluating submissions, exposures, pricing and profitability within authority.
• Grow a book of new and renewal business balancing risk, pricing adequacy and retention.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agents, insureds, and internal colleagues to drive opportunities.
• Execute territory marketing and visits to support profitable growth.
• Analyze underwriting information to make informed recommendations and decisions.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and clear communication on underwriting decisions.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, rating methodologies, and regulations while collaborating with teams.
