Kinkaid Civil Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on heavy civil underground utility projects throughout the Phoenix Metro area, based in Mesa, AZ. The role requires strong leadership to drive production, safety, and quality on water, sewer, and storm drain installations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience with underground wet utilities.
• Experience supervising multiple crews and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schedules and project documents.
• Strong knowledge of water, sewer and storm drain installations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily field operations for underground utility projects.
• Supervise Foremen, field crews, subcontractors and equipment operations.
• Oversee installation of water, sewer, storm drain, and underground infrastructure.
• Manage trenching, excavation, shoring, backfill, compaction and restoration activities.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials and daily production requirements.
