Job summary

ICS, Inc (Industrial Contract Services) seeks a seasoned Foreman to supervise underground utility installation and earthwork crews. You will coordinate daily activities, enforce safety policies, and drive projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets across multiple sites.

Strong leadership, plan-and-lookahead scheduling, and the ability to read specifications and blueprints are essential. You will mentor crews, liaise with clients, and work with project management to resolve issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory/foreman experience.
• North Dakota Sewer and Water Installer Licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Foreman and/or more than one crew.
• Promote and enforce safety policies to develop a culture of safety.
• Plan ahead and order materials to maintain crew productivity.
• Ensure work meets specifications and project budget.
• Direct and schedule the work, monitor progress, and maintain client relations.
