Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience directing complex underground construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of tunneling methods and underground construction means.
• Experience with contract administration and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of project execution including construction, engineering, budgeting, scheduling, quality, and safety.
• Plan, organize, and lead project teams by staffing and developing key personnel.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Serve as the primary contact with clients, owners, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project performance to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Identify and resolve major issues, implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Lead project meetings and represent the company in client and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage all financial aspects: contract administration, billing, forecasting, cost control, change orders.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specs, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership in strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and decision-making.
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on safety and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
