Job summary

Frontier-Kemper, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager for the Horse Canyon, NV site. You will lead construction operations, manage safety, schedule, and budget, and serve as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires extensive underground construction experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to deliver large-scale tunneling or heavy civil projects on time and within contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years underground construction experience.
• Experience in project finance, construction management, and project execution.
• Experience leading large-scale heavy civil, tunneling, or underground projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of contract administration, project controls and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of project execution including construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, quality, and safety.
• Plan, organize and lead project teams by staffing and developing field and office personnel.
• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards aligned with company goals.
• Serve as primary contact with clients, owners, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and manage cost control, change orders, and profitability.
