Job summary

Frontier-Kemper, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks an experienced Project Manager for our Nevada project site in Horse Canyon. You will lead the overall execution, coordinating field and office teams, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver underground and heavy civil construction projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a strong background in tunneling/underground work, contract administration, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of underground construction experience.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project finance, construction management, and project execution.
• Proven experience managing large-scale heavy civil, tunneling, or underground construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall leadership, direction, and successful execution of construction projects.
• Oversee all operational, financial, administrative, and contractual aspects to meet schedule, budget, and contract requirements.
• Provide strategic planning, leadership, and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to minimize impacts to schedule, budget, quality, and operations.
• Manage contract administration, billing, forecasting, cost control, change orders, and profitability.
