Qualifications

• Requires leadership and strategic oversight over complex underground construction projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interfacing.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across field and office operations.
• Solid understanding of contract administration, project controls, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of project execution, including operations, engineering, budgeting, scheduling, quality and safety.
• Plan, organize and lead project teams by staffing and developing key personnel.
• Set project objectives, policies and performance standards aligned with company goals.
• Serve as primary point of contact with clients, owners, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance to ensure schedule, budget and quality targets are met and risks are mitigated.
• Lead project meetings and manage all financials: billing, forecasting, cost control, change orders, and profitability.
